Swensen's launches the first "Swensen's Regional Flagship Store at Ton Tann Market" in the northeastern region, marking the 7th Swensen's Regional Flagship Store in Thailand.

The 'Ton Tann Market' branch is not only the first in the region but also the largest branch in Khon Kaen Province, with an investment of nearly 20 million baht! It spans a total area of 278 square meters and accommodates 116 seats.

From a unique local culture, the store’s exterior design is inspired by rice stacks traditionally gathered in open fields after harvesting, and a traditional Isan cart widely used in the region. The interior design focuses on customer-centric seating arrangements, catering to families and groups of friends, making this branch a true Dessert Destination for all customers.

Napol Sirimongkolkasem, Head of Brand - Swensen’s, under Minor Food Group Public Company Limited, said, “The goal of the Regional Flagship Store is to create a destination for both locals and tourists. Beyond just visiting the province, we want them to check in at Swensen’s as a landmark and enjoy new experiences.”

In addition to its distinctive architecture, the store offers a special menu featuring local ingredients which will be available for just 3 months!

“Not every location is suitable for a Regional Flagship Store. The challenge lies in finding a unique spot in a province with a large enough population and distinct local features that can be blended with Swensen’s signature ‘Tiffany Lamps.’ Each branch is uniquely designed, with no 'One Size Fits All' approach,” Napol explained.

He further evaluated that there will be no more than 10 Regional Flagship Stores, as finding truly outstanding local characteristics is a key difficulty. Currently, there are 7 stores open: Phuket, Nan, Yala, Phitsanulok, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Hat Yai, and Khon Kaen, with plans to open one new store per year. The location for the next branch has already been secured, but the design is still in progress. Napol added.
