Minor Food received an award for HR Best Companies to Work For in Asia 2019 (Thailand Edition) organised by HR Asia. Khun Paul Kenny, CEO of Minor Food, was the company representative to receive the award at Marriott hotel.  This award is measured by the level of employee engagement in three areas: employee engagement activities that encourage employees participation, employee wellness and supportive working environment, as well as a collaborative working culture.  Minor Food achieved all criteria and, as a result, earned the award while competing among 129 organisations in Thailand.
