At Minor Food, we are not only committed to developing our employees but also to forwarding the development of interns through our ‘Internship Programme’.  This programme is an invaluable resource for interns during their time with us. By providing real life work experience, it fosters responsibility for important and tangible projects.  Of course, we have a mentor to teach and provide useful advice to them.  When our interns finish the programme, we hold a graduation day for them, when they have a chance to present their achievements and key learning to executives, get feedback, and receive a certificate.  Moreover, if any of the interns show outstanding performance, they might have an opportunity to be a part of Minor Food in the future as well.
