Minor Food, we are committed to developing the capability of all stakeholders to strengthen our business together sustainably. One such stakeholder are the franchisees of The Pizza Company, Swensen's and Dairy Queen within Minor Food. So, every year we organize the Minor Food Franchise Conference to strengthen business partnership and alliance, develop our franchisees capability in addition to establishing the best franchise system in Thailand.

Our theme for the 2019 Franchise Conference is  'Competing on the world stage: Better, Faster'. The 3 day-conference, that  was organized  at Avani Riverside, had 248 franchisees participating through various activities such as customer empathy workshop, brand vision meeting for each brand and the Franchise Award Night to create memorable experience. Additionally, we also welcome the new franchisees to join and grow together with us.
