Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Management Trainee - Marketing to join our dynamic team in Bangkok, Thailand. A comprehensive two-year initiative providing hands-on experience and rotational exposure across various departments within our marketing division. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of marketing practices and operations at Minor Food, with a focus on developing future marketing leaders within our organization.
- Accountable to the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and interpret market trends and consumer behavior, using insights to foster strategic marketing decisions.
- Drive the creation and management of content for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Drive the development of marketing materials and presentations, aligning them with overall campaign objectives.
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events and promotions, ensuring they meet brand objectives and deliver results.
- Develop market research efforts and data analysis to identify key opportunities and guide strategy.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end project management, from planning to execution, ensuring successful marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Highly adaptable in diverse, fast-paced environments, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Expertise in staying ahead of marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovative strategies.
- Fluent in English.
- Passionate about Marketing and the food industry.
