Job Description

Job Purpose :

To coordinate & well-plan of selling company’s product both internal & external customers and make sure that the products can definitely meet customer needs with 100 % customer satisfaction following within the business development department & company policy.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Handle export customer business on day-to-day operation.
  • Promptly responding to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone, and social media channels.
  • Immediately escalate serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with.
  • Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible
  • Responsibility to check & follow up P.O. (Purchasing order) from customers.
  • Seek information from internal and external sources and prepare reports in required formats by monthly update (e.g. market trends, price index, competition, product innovation, packaging, and so forth).
  • Consolidate and validate data from teams to prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, documents, or other materials as requested.
  • Analysis of Monthly / Yearly, and the supervisors consider a Key Performance Indicator of the agency and the promotion track to meet its objectives.
  • Work on ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualification

Qualifications :

  • Robust sales analysis capabilities
  • Initiatives in response to customer demand and keep pace with market trends
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Strong Leadership
  • Great computer and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive and travel between Bangkok and Pathum Thani a few times a week.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high creativity

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or related.

Experience :

  • More than 10 years of experience in the management of customer service or Sales and business development in the OEM  industry
