Narkarintr has shown strong leadership in leading Dairy Queen business successfully, resulting business growth and profit growth in the very competitive market and changing of consumer behaviour and lifestyle by developing and building his team and organisation. He works with partners, especially International Dairy Queen, to gain their trust and respect. In 2018 Dairy Queen achieved 5% Sales Growth, 7.2% Docket Growth, 1% Same Store Sales Growth with a record high Net Operating Profit of 17% (220 mb).

Senior Finance Director – Swensen’s

Waleeporn achieves results and acts as a business navigator, speeding up decision making.  She works closely with the International Dairy Queen Executive Team, initiates partnership with external partners to secure sales growth and brand exposure, and embeds the Drive Culture in her successor. For 5 consecutive years, Waleeporn has successfully delivered profits as per budgets for Dairy Queen. In 2018, she achieved a record high Net Operating Profit of 17% (220 mb).
