Job Purpose:
Responsible for the management and overall performance of the Ecommerce Distribution Channel for The Pizza Company. The mission is to help the company transform the way the customer orders Pizza Delivery by providing a world class digital ordering experience. In turn, this will help improve the company-s bottom line by making it easier for users to order, increase frequency of purchase and provide a more efficient ordering platform that will reduce costs. This will help the company meet it-s overall business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Ecommerce Strategy house and Calendar demonstrating vision and strategic planning that will help the company win.
- Monitor the teams implementation of the Calendar, ensuring we are on track towards our goals.
- Establish a Standard Operating Procedure structure that will Help the E-Commerce Team win by establishing clear goals, and developing an efficient operating system.
- Support the Ecommerce Digital Marketing Manager to develop the best Media strategy that will communicate the unique benefits of online and drive the most relevant traffic to the ecommerce platforms.
- Work Closely with the Ecommerce Customer Experience Manager to continually grow the % of delivery sales to Online.
- Provide Guidance to the Digital Marketing Manager in the recruitment of call center users to online, Execution of digital marketing campaigns, and maximize the ROI of marketing spends.
- Support the Customer Experience manager to review to best practices in the market and constant improvement of the customer experience, Lead the enhancement of the Take Away Card Program to be managed through the App.
- Help coordinate with IT team on product development, Customer Experience user testing, and overall improvement of conversion rates.
- Work with the Business Analytics team to properly implement Site monitoring technology, analytics tools and identify all the potential site pitfalls and drop off points.
- Manage the overall Ecommerce budget, taking into consideration the sales targets, pricing tactics, COGS, Capex, Opex, Development budgets and customer retention in a way that will ensure we maximize bottom line Profits.

- Masters Degree in Marketing or any related fields.
- At least 8 year experience in Digital Marketing.
- At least 3 Years Experience Managing an Ecommerce operation.
- Strong understanding of Digital Media Channels: Search, FB, Display, RTB, Content Discovery.
- Analytic Mind with strong excel skills and deductive reasoning
- Experience in Google analytics or Analytic products.
- Strong Excel Skills Some Web Development and technology understanding is a benefit
- An Eye for Design, User Experience and usage of digital technology.
- Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills
- Strong drive for results
