Responsibilities:
- Research, Develop, execute, manage, “Communications strategy” and “Media Strategy” to support business and deliver campaigns that drive brand, reputational and commercial growth.
- Work closely with Sales /Trade Marketing to analyze target markets and product mix and identify subsequent marketing opportunities to reach right target customer.
- Monitor market trends and research consumer markets and competitors' activities to aid in the development of marketing campaigns and inspire the development of high-quality creative assets.
- Ensure all communication materials (offline and online) conform to brand identity and where quality met timeline.
- Manage internal communication programming and messaging.
- Analyze marketing performance, optimize ROI for all advertising channels and events.
- Responsible for budget accountability, reporting and monthly forecast and spend accuracy.
- Team Management: lead and motivate marketing communications team and work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business (brand partners)

Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing communications
- Ability to think strategically and commercially.
- Experienced in internal corporate communications and /or external communications, social / digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media in a professional setting and how to leverage social media/viral messaging.
- Experienced in leading projects from start to launch. (end – to -end)
- Able to build and manage a multidisciplinary team.
- A team player who is positive, hands on and able to get the best out of a team.
- Drive and resilience to deliver excellence amidst tight timelines and changing circumstances.
- Fluency in English is essential.
