Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • As a Specialist in digital Growth & Insights, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies to drive digital growth and increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, e-commerce conversion, and revenue generation across all digital platform. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing channels, data analysis, and optimization techniques to achieve measurable results and fuel the company's growth.

Main Duties:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention across various digital platforms including website, application, Kiosk, loyalty, and advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance, including SEO/SEM, advertising, and other channels.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of digital growth performance metrics including e-commerce funnels, and loyalty funnels, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives and digital product initiatives with overall business objectives and strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop business scope requirements and conduct thorough business case analysis to support project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate solution options.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on analysis to drive informed decision-making. 
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making processes to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Information System, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • A proven track record of success in digital marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in various digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO/SEM, marketing automation platforms, media advertising platforms, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Familiar with growth marketing tools such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, passionate about driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
